When is the box office open?
The Brighton Music Hall Box Office opens one hour prior to doors and remains open until 15 minutes after the headliner takes the stage. For those looking to purchase tickets during non-show hours, The Paradise Rock Club Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept Cash (American currency only), American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard. Apple/Google/Samsung Pay is also accepted. We are unable to accept checks.
What are the will call rules?
All tickets sold for Brighton Music Hall are delivered digitally, unless otherwise denoted. Tickets sold in person will be delivered via telephone number or email address. Will call is available only on the night of the show. A valid photo I.D. is required for ticket pickup. Note: Artist will call is typically not available until around 1 hour prior to doors, but times vary per event.
What are the parking options at Brighton Music Hall presented by Citizens?
You may only purchase a $30 parking voucher for the parking lot located at 181 Brighton Ave if you also purchase a ticket for the corresponding nights show at Brighton Music Hall. A parking attendant will scan your digital parking voucher. You will not be admitted to the lot if you do not provide a valid voucher. You may park your vehicle in a spot at the far left side of the lot as directed by the parking attendant from 1 hour before the show until 1 hour after the Brighton Music Hall show ends or 2:30am, whichever comes first. YOUR VEHICLE IS SUBJECT TO TOWING OUTSIDE OF THESE TIMES. Neither Brighton Music Hall nor Hallston Realty Associates are responsible, and neither assumes liability for any loss or damage to your vehicle or items left in your vehicle, whether resulting from fire, theft or other cause. Tailgating is not permitted on the lot.Is there accessible seating?
We have an area stage left set up for an unobstructed view. Patrons in need of this space should purchase a general admission ticket and contact the venue to make arrangements. Brighton Music Hall does not have a specific bag policy. ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH. Re-entry is allowed with the appropriate stamp as smoking inside the club is strictly prohibited. See staff at the door before stepping outside. Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the venue.
