When is the box office open?
The Box Office is located on the 2nd floor of the casino and is open 5pm-8:30pm on show days only. Walk-up purchases can be made at Essentials Gift Shop located on the 1st Floor 9am-9pm daily. Phone orders can only be processed through Ticketmaster.
What payment types are accepted?
The box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. No checks are accepted.
What are the will call rules?
All tickets purchased through Ticketmaster for Will call pickup can be picked up at the box office on the day of the show only after 5:00pm.
What are the parking options at IP Casino Resort and Spa?
Valet parking is available on show nights for a nominal fee of $10. Cash and credit cards will be accepted for payment at time of arrival. Self-parking in our onsite parking garage is free.Is there accessible seating?
