When is the box office open?

What are the will call rules?

All guests picking up a ticket from Will Call must present a valid form of photo ID. The name on the ID must match the name on the guest list or ticket request.

What are the parking options at The Fillmore Charlotte?

The NC Music Factory has a parking lot located across the street from the venue just past the AvidXchange building. They may charge parking fees. These fees may vary and are NOT venue fees.

The Fillmore + The Underground strives to make our venue and live experiences inclusive and accessible to everyone. For more questions, or information not mentioned below, please contact us before your visit. Our box office is open show day only, starting approximately two hours before doors open. After purchasing your General Admission tickets, please call the venue directly to set up a reservation for an accessible seating accommodation at 980-266-6460 or email FillmoreCLT.info@livenation.com. Interpretive Services: A sign language interpreter is available. Please contact the office, by phone at 980-266-6460 at least three (3) weeks prior to the designated event to make arrangements for this service.

What are the general rules of The Fillmore Charlotte?

Bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. No laser pointers, weapons, or animals except service animals. Smoking is NOT permitted. Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. No re-entry allowed.

Are children allowed?

Unless otherwise noted, most shows are all ages. Age restricted shows will be notated under 'More Info' when purchasing tickets on LiveNation.com. All patrons regardless of age must have a ticket to enter the facility. 18+ or 21+ shows will require a valid ID.
