When is the box office open?

The Tabernacle box office is open every show day 2 hours prior to the listed start time on the ticket and closes when the headliner takes the stage. All tickets sold at the box office have a $5 service charge per tickets and sales tax added on. Doors open one hour prior to the show time on the ticket.

What payment types are accepted?

Tabernacle is cashless. All points of sale will only accept debit, credit, or mobile pay (Apply Pay or Google Pay).

What are the will call rules?

Will call is available for pickup two hours prior to the event once the box office opens. Please bring a picture ID that matches the order name.

What are the parking options at Tabernacle?

Tabernacle does not own or operate any parking. There are paid surface lots around the venue and multiple garages available downtown. The most convenient garage is located at 100 Luckie St.

Is there accessible seating?

Tickets for accessible seating are available online directly through each individual event by clicking the "Filters" option on the ticketing page. If no accessible tickets are currently listed, it means they are Sold Out. Are children allowed?
