When is the box office open?

Summer Hours Monday - Friday 10am to 2pm Saturday 10am to 2pm Closed Sunday Box office will open 4 hours before the event on weekends.

What payment types are accepted?

The box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, certified checks, or money orders.

What are the will call rules?

Customers can pick up their tickets after 5:00PM on the day of the event at the Box Office. Customers must have the actual credit card, picture I.D., and confirmation number.

New parking garages next to the arena are open. 800 + parking spaces are available.

Is there accessible seating?

Handicapped accessible seating is available for all events. These tickets can be purchased at the Box Office, or via Ticketmaster Online. Special seating for the visually impaired or the hearing impaired, if available, can be purchased through the Box Office only.
