Cash, Check, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover when purchased in advance. On night of show, cash only at the door.

What are the will call rules?

Will Call is located at the Arena Box Office one hour before event. Customer must present the actual credit card, picture I.D. and their confirmation number to obtain tickets.

Parking is available at the Civic Center Arena parking lot. The charge is $2.00 per car.

No Alcohol. * Lost stolen tickets: Passes are issued for reserved shows upon verification of purchase. There are no replacements for tickets to General Admission events. * Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Located outside the arena.
