Tickets can be picked up three hours before event start time. Customer must present actual credit card used for purchase, confirmation number, and photo ID.

In addition to Parking garage, more than 1500 surface parking spaces are located throughout town within walking distance. Arena has no parking on site.

What are the general rules of Appalachian Wireless Arena (Formerly Eastern Kentucky Expo Ctr)?

This is a tobacco/smoke free facility, there are two exterior smoking areas for patrons. No chewing gum allowed. No outside food or beverages are permitted to enter the facility. No outside food or beverages are permitted to enter the facility. Prohibited Items The following items are not permitted in the Expo Center by guests: • Cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers Video cameras or audio recorders • Laser pens or laser products Air horns or noise makers • Weapons of any kind (this includes pocket knives) • Professional Cameras (Please note: Some shows do not allow cameras of any kind.) • Any other item deemed unacceptable by Expo Center management. Lost and Found The Expo Center provides lost and found services for guests in the Business Office located in the Main Street Lobby. Any items that are not claimed at the end of an event will be turned in at the Guest Services Desk. Items turned into Lost and Found can be claimed during regular business hours Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The Expo Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Cameras Artist request~ Use of video cameras is prohibited within the Expo Center. Cameras with no flash are permitted for certain family events, depending on the show. Cameras and recording devices are generally not permitted for special events. For more information please contact 606-444-5500. Exit and No Re-Entry Policy Exiting and re-entering the building with the same ticket is not permitted. Exceptions are only made in the case of medical situations and emergencies. Guests with medical emergencies or other guests who want to leave and then return to the building should be directed to the Guest Services Desk in the Main Street Lobby. Guest Conduct The following behavior or activities are grounds for eviction from the Expo Center: • Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type. • Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside the Expo Center. • Unacceptable or indecent dress. • Failure to obey or follow Expo Center smoking policies. We are a No Tobacco allowed facility. • Use of illegal substances or drugs. • Public drunkenness. • Entering or attempting to enter any "off limits" areas such as playing surface, stage area, backstage or restroom of the opposite sex. • Participating in a fight. Verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating other guests or arena employees. • The throwing of any objects or projectiles in seating areas, from balconies, ramps, stairwells or any other areas. Service Pets No pets or animals are allowed in the Expo Center with the exception of service animals.

Are children allowed?

Children who have celebrated their second birthday or children who occupy a seat require a ticket. This policy can change with each show.
