What are the general rules of Credit Union of Texas Event Center?

Information and restrictions vary by event and may change at any time. Such restrictions are at the direction of the event producers or artist and not Credit Union of Texas Event Center management. Please review all information on the event detail page for the event you are attending. Full venue policies are listed on CUTXEventCenter.com. Clear bags no larger than 14 x 14 x 6 are permitted. Clutch purses up to 8.5 x 5.5 are also permitted. Parenting bags are permitted when accompanying a child 2 years of age or younger. Strollers are NOT permitted inside Credit Union of Texas Event Center. Professional camera equipment and all audio and video recording equipment is strictly prohibited without prior approval. Guests are not permitted to bring in outside food or drinks into the venue.

Are children allowed?

Most events allow guests of all ages. Please check the event detail page for the event you are attending for any specific restrictions. Children sitting in a parent’s or guardian’s lap do not need a ticket if they are under two years of age for most concerts; or under three years of age for sporting events. All guests occupying a seat, regardless of age, must have a ticket for that seat.
