When is the box office open?

The BJCC Central Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm CT. The Central Ticket Office is located at Legacy Arena, Entry A, 1898 9th Ave North, Birmingham, AL 35203. The Concert Hall and Theatre Box Office opens two hours before scheduled start time for most events. Hours may vary for some events.

What payment types are accepted?

MC, VISA, AMX, DISCOVER and Cash.

What are the will call rules?

Will Call is only available the day of the event at the Concert Hall/Theatre Box Office. For most events, will call opens two hours before the scheduled start time. Hours may vary for some events. Please bring a picture ID, the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets, and your order number.

What are the parking options at BJCC Concert Hall?

Visit www.BJCC.org/plan-your-visit/directions-and-parking for a printable map and to pre-purchase parking. Parking prices vary by event and date. We aim to make navigating the BJCC campus simple using clear directions. With various parking options for events, conventions, and meetings, planning ahead ensures a smoother arrival. Since multiple events often occur simultaneously, arrive early to avoid long parking and entry lines.

Is there accessible seating?

Accessible seating is available throughout the venue and can be purchased on Ticketmaster.com. Guests requiring accessible seating are guaranteed the ability to purchase at least one (1) companion seat. Subject to availability, guests requiring wheelchair seating may purchase up to a total of three (3) companion seats in the same row and contiguous with the wheelchair seat. If contiguous seats have already been sold, seats as close as possible to the wheelchair seat and adjacent companion seat will be offered. If you purchased a ticket in the fixed seating area but require an accessible seat, the Ticket Office may be able to assist you by relocating your ticket to an accessible seat. What are the general rules of BJCC Concert Hall?

The following items are not permitted to be brought into the Complex at any time: laser pointers, food or beverages, glass containers, weapons, cameras, audio or video recorders. The BJCC reserves the right to search all guests entering the Complex and refuse entry at the discretion of management. This is a Smoke Free Facility smoking allowed in designated areas only.

Are children allowed?

For most events, children who have celebrated their 2nd birthday are required to have a ticket. For show specific age restrictions that may supersede our standard policy, visit www.bjcc.org/events
