When is the box office open?

The box office is in the ABQ Convention Center's west building, basement level, open Mon. thru Fri. 9a. - 4p. On the day of an event, box office is open 2 hours prior to showtime on the 2nd level.

Will call is available at the Kiva Auditorium box office. Picture ID that matches the pick-up name is required.

What are the parking options at Kiva Auditorium at the Albuquerque Convention Center?

Primary parking is available at the Convention Center Parking Garage (Martin Luther King Blvd & Broadway); with overflow parking available at the Civic Plaza garage (Marquette & 3rd St.). Additionally, there are numerous other public parking garages and parking lots available throughout downtown close to the Center. Parking fees vary. Please refer to the posted parking fees at each garage or lot. Street parking is limited.

Is there accessible seating?

Accessible seating is available at the last row of the pit section. If there are no more marked accessible seating for purchase, accessible seating relocation can be accommodated upon request by calling (505) 768-4575 or coming to the box office after purchasing seats.

What are the general rules of Kiva Auditorium at the Albuquerque Convention Center?

No outside food or beverages will be allowed inside the Convention Center/Kiva Auditorium. Beverages purchased on-site will be allowed in the Kiva Auditorium. No backpacks or large purses are allowed. Small purses, fanny packs and handbags, must be no larger than 5" x 8", and will be subject to search. Clear totes no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or one-gallon clear plastic bag are also allowed. Please Be Advised: Anyone entering the facilities is subject to Security Screening. All bags are subject to be searched upon entry into the venue. If your bag is turned away for not following the clear bag policy, you must return it to your vehicle. No smoking in the Convention Center or Kiva Auditorium. No laser pointers are allowed. No video recorders/cameras allowed. No audio recorders are allowed. Weapons are strictly prohibited.

Are children allowed?

EVERYONE must have a ticket, regardless of age.
