The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Ticket Office accepts checks, money orders, cash and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Checks or money orders are only accepted up to 14 business days from the purchased event.

What are the will call rules?

Call the IMS Ticket Office at 317-492-6700, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, and our representative will update the delivery status to hold for Will Call. Your ticket packet will be available at the IMS Ticket Office for pick-up upon your arrival. Once your order has been processed, notification for pickup will be sent to your email address. A valid photo ID is required to pick up your packet. We recommend that you also bring a copy of your notification email as well. The IMS Ticket Office is located in the Administration Building at 4790 West 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46222. This is east of the roundabout at Crawfordsville Road and 16th Street, outside Turn 1 at the track. The parking lot entrance is across the street from the Speedway Gas Station on 16th Street. For your convenience, the IMS Ticket Office is open extended hours during event times as noted on the IMS Ticket Office website page.

Arrangements can be made through the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Ticket Office to accommodate guests who require accessible seating and parking. Accessible seats and spaces for wheelchairs and companion seats are available. What are the general rules of Indianapolis Motor Speedway?

Payment must be made in full at the time of the order. All ticket sales are final. NO REFUNDS. The Indianapolis Motor Speedway reminds fans that purchasing tickets from secondary, unauthorized vendors may result in fraudulent purchases. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets directly from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Ticket Office. Remember that event tickets/products should be treated like cash. Are children allowed?

Any person, regardless of age, must have a reserved seat ticket for admittance to seating areas. Children 15 and under will receive free General Admission to select IMS events when accompanied by an adult General Admission ticket holder. All children, regardless of age, MUST hold a reserved seat ticket to access the grandstands on Race Day, where applicable.
