When is the box office open?

In Person Office Hours Camp Randall Stadium Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Phone line Hours Customer Service Lines Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Phone Sales Lines Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 7:00 pm Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 am to 6:00pm. The ticket office at the Kohl Center located at Gate B, will open up 1 hour prior to tipoff.

What are the will call rules?

Inside of a week, tickets are held at will call, which is located during regular business hours at the McGinnis Family Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office, on the first floor of Kellner Hall at Camp Randall Stadium. On game-days, will call will be available beginning one hour prior to the game at Gate B of the Kohl Center.

What are the parking options at Kohl Center?

Parking for men's basketball, men's hockey and women's basketball is sold on a season permit basis only, through the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office. Parking for women's hockey is free in Lot 91. Parking for concerts and special events is sold in person only at the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office.

Is there accessible seating?

Seating for fans with disabilities is available. Customers needing to make accessible seating arrangements may contact a Guest Services Representative as they enter the Kohl Center. Accessible seating is available on all of the platforms in the 100 level.

What are the general rules of Kohl Center?

All patrons must have a ticket to enter the Kohl Center.

Are children allowed?

For all concerts and special events everyone must have a ticket.
