When is the box office open?

Monday-Friday 10:00am-5:00pm If an event falls on the weekend we are open from 12pm till showtime.

What payment types are accepted?

Box office accepts cash, Visa, MC, AMX,and Discover. Effective August 1st, 2024, the Box Office will become a cashless facility. We will only accept Mastercard, Visa, AmEx and Discover with a proper photo ID.

What are the will call rules?

Location: box office Opens: 90 minutes prior to event Customer must present the actual credit card used for the purchase, a photo ID and Ticketmaster order number in order to receive tickets.
