Box Office is open any night we have a show starting at time of doors.

What are the will call rules?

Most shows do not have a will call option. In the case that your tickets are will call you will need to check in at our box office upon your arrival after doors open.

What are the parking options at Thalia Hall?

18th street offers meter parking, while Racine does not require permits or meters. Free street parking is also available along the train tracks on 16th street between Ashland and Racine. As always, please respect our neighbors.

Is there accessible seating?

-Our door staff will be able to help you with getting a seat if needed regardless of ticket type -We are happy to coordinate an ASL interpreter for any show. To request one please reach out to us at info@thaliahallchicago.com -Thalia Hall is working hard to become a more inclusive and welcoming space for all of our guests. We have two multi-occupancy gender-neutral restrooms in the venue, one with urinals and stalls (main floor of venue), and one with stalls only (balcony level of venue). There is directional signage that can help lead you to facilities on each level. Alternatively, there are single-occupancy restrooms available just one flight down the main staircase in Dusek's (street level), as well as multi-occupancy gendered restrooms one more flight down in Punch House (basement level). Re-entry back into the venue from all of these areas is a breeze. If you have trouble locating anything, just ask! We want your visit to be enjoyable and comfortable.

Age limits for our shows vary so please reference the specific event page for information on age limit. Underage guests are welcome to attend any show if accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. Children 1 & younger do not require a ticket.
