When is the box office open?

The Box Office is only open on show days to purchase tickets and will be open starting at 2pm every show day. Artist guest list ticket pick-up is not available until after doors have opened and requires photo ID. Box Office does not accept any third-party will call. What are the parking options at Cascades Amphitheater?

Free general parking is included with all paid concert tickets. This includes our Accessible parking lot but spaces are limited and a visible state issued accessible placard is required to park in the Accessible lot. Is there accessible seating?

Accessible tickets can be purchased online via www.livenation.com. You do not need to call the Box Office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through our website. Look for the accessible logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range, but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event, so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you purchase tickets. Are children allowed?

All of our events are all ages unless otherwise specified on event purchase page and/or ticket header. Children 2 years old and under do not require a ticket, but will not occupy a reserved seat, they must sit on a parent's lap.
