When is the box office open?

The Clowes Memorial Hall Box Office is open to the public Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM. The box office opens two hours prior to each ticketed event to provide will call services. Advance ticket sales are available at the Clowes Memorial Hall box office for one hour after opening.

What payment types are accepted?

The Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. No cash is accepted.

What are the will call rules?

Tickets for will call may be picked up 2 hours before the event or during regular business hours. Some exceptions may apply. Customers must present a valid photo ID.

Parking is available in the Butler University Parking Garage which is North of Clowes Memorial Hall & the Schrott Center. Entry is off of Sunset Avenue.
