When is the box office open?

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10am-4pm. The Box Office will be open three (3) hours prior to a performance. The Box Office will be open at Noon (12PM) on weekends prior to a performance.

What payment types are accepted?

American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. *We are a Cashless Facility, meaning we do not accept cash at our facilities.

What are the will call rules?

Will Call opens two (2) hours prior to the show. You will need to have proper photo identification with your confirmation number.

What are the parking options at The Santander Arena ?
