WHEELCHAIR ESCORTS Giants Guest Services staff provide wheelchair escorts. Simply ask a Giants employee at any gate and an attendant will meet you with a wheelchair to take you to your seating location. Reservations are not accepted. Please note that due to inventory, we are not able to loan wheelchairs to guests for the duration of the game. If wheelchair assistance is needed during the game, we encourage fans to bring their own. What are the general rules of Oracle Park?

BAG POLICY Backpacks (including clear backpacks) are NOT permitted inside Oracle Park. Accommodations are made for diaper bags, medical bags and guests with accessible needs. Otherwise this policy is strictly enforced and exceptions will not be made. Other bags, that do not exceed 16" x 16" x 8" in size, are permitted: paper and plastic grocery bags, purses, fanny packs, lunch bags, briefcases, diaper bags, soft-sided coolers, and handbags. Hard-sided coolers are not permitted. Bags do not need to be clear. On-site bag storage is available for rent. Located at the Marina Gate (behind center field), it is open from when gates open until one hour after the game/event ends. All bags are subject to inspection. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and to allow additional time to enter the ballpark. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE POLICY No alcohol (including non-alcoholic beer and wine) or illegal drugs may be brought into AT&T Park. Once inside the park, alcoholic beverages can be purchased throughout the ballpark. SMOKING POLICY In accordance with San Francisco City Ordinance, AT&T Park is a SMOKE-FREE facility with no smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the ballpark. Electronic cigarettes and vaporizers are included in this prohibition. The ballpark smoking policy is subject to change at the discretion of Giants management.
