When is the box office open?

The box office at The Aztec Theatre will be open on show dates only. We will open two hours before door time.

What payment types are accepted?

Our bars and box office both accept ApplePay, GooglePay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. We are a cashless venue, and do not have an ATM on the premises. Cash to card is available upon request by asking any guest services member.

What are the will call rules?

Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office starting at 2 hours prior to doors on the day of the event only. Please be sure to have the following: A VALID PHOTO ID, THE ACTUAL CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS, AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER. Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets. If tickets or passes are being left for you - they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. These tickets will be available approximately 1 hour before doors on the day of the show. If your tickets/passes are not in will call, you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.

What are the parking options at Aztec Theatre?

The Aztec Theatre is located in the heart of downtown San Antonio at the corner of Commerce and St. Mary's. There are many parking garages within a few blocks walking distance to the venue. We do not have an attached parking garage. Please allow yourself extra time to park before arriving at the venue. Street parking is also available. Please be sure to pay close attention to any parking restrictions.

What are the general rules of Aztec Theatre?

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law, they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guest for any reason or no reason.

Are children allowed?

Most of our events are all ages and will be specified on the ticket page. All individuals require a ticket for entry, regardless of age. For all shows specified 18+ or 21+, a valid ID will be required for entry.
