When is the box office open?

"Our Box Office is located at Colden Auditorium at Kupferberg Center for the Arts. Hours of Operation: Tuesday to Friday 12:00pm-6:00pm, Saturday 12:00pm-4:00pm, and 1 hour prior to performances."

What payment types are accepted?

"Our Box Office accepts Cash and Credit Card swipe payments. We do not accept AMEX at this time. We do not accept any tap payments or Apple pay, etc. at this time."

What are the will call rules?

Will Call is located in Colden Auditorium at Kupferberg Center for the Arts. Customers can pick up their tickets during normal box office hours. Our Box Office is also open an hour prior to show time.

What are the parking options at Kupferberg Center for the Arts?

Parking is available in Lot #15N & 15S, located right in front of Colden Auditorium. Lot #15 opens 1 hour prior to the show. Plan to arrive early as space is limited. Parking is also available on the Queens College campus and along Reeves Avenue.

Is there accessible seating?

ADA seating must be purchased through the Kupferberg Center for the Arts Box Office.

What are the general rules of Kupferberg Center for the Arts?

"Kupferberg Center is observing all current COVID-19 health and safety guidelines as per CUNY & Queens College policy. Guests are not required to present proof of vaccination, negative tests, or to wear masks. We strongly encourage all guests to wear masks during their Visit to KCA. Additional information can be found at kupferbergcenter.org. All sales final. No refunds or exchanges. No re-entry. All exits final. Latecomers will be seated at discretion of the management. Tickets are required for patrons of all ages. The use of cameras and other recording devices is strictly prohibited. No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the venue. Tickets may not be resold within 500 feet of the venue. Tickets from unauthorized sources may not be honored or exchanged. All persons and packages are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to remove persons who fail to comply with house rules or who behave in a disorderly manner." • No refunds or exchanges. • No re-entry.
