When is the box office open?

Tuesday through Friday from 12:00PM to 4:00PM and starting two hours before each event

What payment types are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. No cash or checks.

What are the will call rules?

Tickets may be picked up starting two hours prior to event start time or anytime during business hours. Only the fan who originally purchased the tickets can pick up tickets at Will Call and must be present a valid photo ID. The Tacoma City Theaters Box Office cannot release tickets to anyone whose name does not appear on the original ticket purchase account.

What are the parking options at Pantages Theater?

The Park Plaza North Garage at 923 Commerce Street, entrance is located on Commerce Street and easiest access is to turn onto Commerce Street from 11th Street. The Republic Parking Lot at 916 Broadway is located directly across the street from the Pantages Theater and Theater on the Square. Please note that this lot may be reserved for Premium Experience purchasers and could be unavailable during select events. Street parking is offered throughout the Theater District, please be sure to follow all rules and regulations.

Age restrictions are specific to each event, please visit the event page and look for the More Info link at the top left of the event page to find details about age restrictions. All bodies entering the venue must have a paid ticket, regardless of age, including infants and babes in arms.
