When is the box office open?

The North and South Gate Box Offices open 2 hours prior to each show.


What payment types are accepted?

Chateau Ste Michelle is a cashless venue. If you need to convert your cash at the venue, please visit our Guest Services Hut located to the left of the North Gates after the doors open.


What are the will call rules?

Will Call is available for pick up at the North and South Gate Box Offices starting 90 minutes prior to the show. Please bring your confirmation number and the purchasers photo ID to claim your tickets. If you are having an issue with your tickets, stop by either Box Office for assistance. ?
What are the parking options at Chateau Ste Michelle Winery?

Chateau Ste. Michelle has limited onsite parking available for purchase, prices may vary, credit card only. Guests are highly encouraged to carpool and to utilize Offsite parking, which is available for most shows at 15300 Redmond Woodinville Rd NE and includes a free shuttle to the venue before and after the show. When available, Offsite parking is $25 per vehicle, credit card only. For Offsite parking availability, please refer to your pre-show Know Before You Go email. Chateau Ste. Michelle also has bike parking available for guests riding bikes to the venue. Accessible parking is available at both the onsite and offsite parking lots. For information about accessible pickup and drop-off options, please email info@ste-michelle.com. RV parking and camping on the estate are strictly prohibited.


Is there accessible seating?

Chateau Ste. Michelle Amphitheatre features accessible seating in its reserve seating sections and accessible pathways that lead to its general admission (GA) lawn. The reserve seating areas feature 10 accessible wheelchair spaces with companion seats dispersed throughout the reserved seating sections. Each wheelchair space is located adjacent to an accessible route. The GA lawn area features festival style first come, first served seating on the amphitheater lawn. Access to the GA lawn area is provided by ADA compliant paved sidewalks, but the seating area itself is a natural grass surface and may be difficult to traverse. Chateau Ste. Michelle reserves an area near the center of the GA lawn area on accessible routes and with prime viewing angles for customers with mobility disabilities. This area is available on a first come, first served basis and will be opened to all audience members five minutes before the start of a show. Customers with mobility disabilities may sit anywhere on the GA lawn to the extent they are comfortable doing so. Event staff are available to assist. What are the general rules of Chateau Ste Michelle Winery?

Items allowed into the venue are being reviewed and updated. Please check back in 2026 or reach out to our concierge with questions at info@ste-michelle.com. All concerts are performed outside, without cover, and are held rain or shine. Reserved ticket seating is in provided chairs located directly in front of the stage. General Admission ticket seating is directly on the lawn. You may bring blankets or low chairs. No cameras, tape recording or video recording or digital devices are allowed. These items will be confiscated. Pets (excluding service dogs) are not permitted on the winery grounds. Pets left inside a vehicle are not allowed. Barbecues,?candles,?and open flames are strictly prohibited. Gates open approximately 90 minutes prior to each performance. Are children allowed?

A ticket is required for children ages 3 and older. Children under the age of 3 are free with a ticketed adult in the General Admission area. In the reserve section a ticket is required for all attendees regardless of age.
