When is the box office open?

The Box Office is open on Fridays between 12:00pm - 5:00pm. It is closed Saturday through Thursday unless there is an event. The Event Box Office opens 1.5 hours prior to show time. Please check our website, paramountoakland.org, for updates regarding the Box Office schedule and holiday closures.

What payment types are accepted?

The Paramount Theatre is a cashless venue and does not accept cash payments. All points of sale accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover in the form of a physical debit or credit card and via Apple Pay or Google Pay on mobile devices.

What are the will call rules?

Will call is not an option for ticket delivery for the Paramount Theatre. The theatre does not accept dropped off Will Call from guests.

What are the parking options at Paramount Theatre Oakland?

The theatre is surrounded by several major parking facilities. Please check hours of operation before parking to confirm garage remains open for the full length of the event. Parking is available at the following locations: � Telegraph Plaza Garage - located at 2100 Telegraph Avenue and 21st Street � Franklin Plaza Lot - located on 19th between Franklin and Broadway � Douglas Parking Lot - located on 21st and Broadway (enter on 21st) � Limited street parking is also available on the blocks surrounding theatre. Please check hours for street cleaning and metered parking.

Is there accessible seating?

The Paramount Theatre is committed to accessibility for all guests. Please note, there is no elevator in the Paramount Theatre. All accessible seats are located on the Orchestra Level. The Balcony Level is not accessible. The theatre offers the following accessible seating: wheelchair accessible, semi-ambulatory and deaf / hard of hearing / blind / low vision. Companion seats are available directly beside accessible seating and must be purchased at the same time. What are the general rules of Paramount Theatre Oakland?

All guests require a ticket to enter the venue. The theatre has a strict no re-entry policy. No outside food or beverages are allowed. No cameras or recording devices are permitted. Are children allowed?

The theatres standard child policy is all ages require a ticket, no children under 2. Please check the specific child policy for your event because it can differ. Child policies are dictated by each event and do not always align with the theatres standard policy.
