When is the box office open?

The Box Office is open two hours before each show and remains open through intermission. Below are additional walk-up hours: Monday - Friday: 10:00AM - 5:00PM Saturdays: 10:00AM - 2:00PM Sundays: Summer Hours: Monday - Thursday: 10:00AM - 5:00PM Friday: 10:00AM - 2:00PM Saturdays: Closed


What payment types are accepted?

Tickets can be purchased with cash, gift cards, Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover Shea�s concession points are cashless. All concession and bar purchases can be made by credit card, debit card, gift card, or mobile wallet. Cash can be exchanged for a gift card in any amount at our Box Office and used at all concessions.


What are the will call rules?

Customer can pick up tickets within the hour prior to the show in the Main Street entrance of the Theatre. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a photo ID. Customer can call (716) 847-0850 for special handling.
What are the parking options at Shea's Buffalo Theatre?

Street Parking is free in the city on weekends and after 5:00 PM on weekdays, but availability is limited. Paid Parking Lots are also available within a couple blocks of the theater. For more information, please visit our Parking page. If you are taking the NFTA-Metro train downtown, the Fountain Plaza Station is located one block south of the Shea's Performing Arts Center. If you are using a Ride-Sharing app, please use 439 Pearl Street as the address for ride-sharing services pick-up and drop-off location point at Shea's Buffalo Theatre.


Is there accessible seating?

ASL-interpreted performances are available upon request. Please contact our Box Office at least one week before the show for assistance with ticketing and scheduling an interpreter. Assisted listening devices are available at the Coat Check station free of charge. Autism & Sensory Accommodations: A designated quiet room is available for patrons who may need a calm, low-stimulus space during their visit, before and during performances. Families and patrons with autism, sensory sensitivities, or other special needs are encouraged to contact the Shea's Box Office at least a week in advance. Booster Seats are available at the Coat Check station Wheelchair access is available on Shea's Buffalo Theatre's main level. As a National Historic Site, the theatre does not currently have elevators or accessible seating in the balcony. Wheelchair access is available through the entrances on Main Street. For patrons parking on Pearl Street, come through Curtain Up Alley to reach Main Street. Contact the Box Office to secure accessible seating. What are the general rules of Shea's Buffalo Theatre?

Walk-through metal detection screening is in effect. Outside food & beverage is prohibited Firearms and smoking/e-cigarettes are prohibited. Small clutch purses/bags are recommended (4.5"x6.5") and may be subject to inspection. Exceptions: medically necessary items and diaper bags.


Are children allowed?

All children who have reached their 1st birthday are required to have a ticket. Performances are not recommended for children under 5 years old, with the exception of family shows. Productions at Shea's are mostly enjoyed by young people ages 8+. Please refer to the performance page for suitable age guidelines for each show.
