The Box office is open on event days only 2 hours prior to show time.

What payment types are accepted?

Tickets may be purchased at the Box Office with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Cash. All credit card purchases at the Box Office require a photo ID and the cardholder must be present at the time of purchase.

What are the will call rules?

Tickets may be picked up on the day of the event starting 2 hours prior to the start time of the event. The customer must have the actual credit card, picture I.D. and confirmation number.

9000 parking spaces are available within a 4 block radius of the facility. These spaces are located between E. 18th & 21st, Prospect & Carnegie Avenues.
