When is the box office open?

Our Box Office is open on the Day of Show only. We open at 1pm and typically close around 9:30pm.

What payment types are accepted?

First Financial Credit Union Amphitheater is an entirely Cashless venue. We accept All Major Cards & various places inside the venue accept Tap to Pay. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to the box office or an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

What are the will call rules?

Will Call is available on the Day of Show only, from 3pm thru close of the box office. BRING YOUR I.D. for will call. It is also recommended to have your confirmation email & the credit card used.

What are the parking options at First Financial Credit Union Amphitheater?

General Parking Guidelines •General Parking - General parking is included in the price of your ticket. The parking lots typically open 2 hours prior to the stated show time. •Accessible Parking - Accessible Parking is located in the southwest corner of the upper parking lot or in the lower level lot (very limited.) •Motorcycle Parking - Motorcycles can park in the upper parking lot in the southwest corner. There is no additional fee for motorcycle parking. •Premier Parking - Can be purchased on our upgrades page or at the entrance to the Premier Parking lot. Premier Parking can only be purchased with credit card - cash is not accepted. •Ultra Premier - Can be purchased on our upgrades page or at the entrance to the Ultra Premier Lot. Parking can only be purchased with credit card - cash is not accepted. •Easy Out - Enjoy expedited exit from the venue! Can be purchased on our upgrades page or at the entrance of the lot - Parking can only be purchased with credit card - cash is not accepted. •VIP Parking - located in the lower lot by the VIP entrance. Limited overflow parking is available in the main level lot. Season ticket holders must have parking credentials displayed. TAILGATING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE VENUE PARKING LOTS. Fans will be ticketed if caught tailgating in any of the venue parking lots. There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event, or after, will be towed at the owner's expense.

Is there accessible seating?

Accessible seating is available at almost every price level & assistive listening devices are available. Companion seats are available up to applicable ticket limit.
