When is the box office open?

The main box office is located at 2200 Encore Parkway next to the East Gate. It can be accessed both from inside and outside of the venue. Tickets can be purchased in-person at the box office when it is open, or online at www.livenation.com.

What payment types are accepted?

All main concession stands and merchandise stands take Visa/Mastercard/Discover and American Express. Ameris Bank Amphitheater is a cashless venue!

What are the will call rules?

Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located 2200 Encore Parkway (outside the East Entry Gate) generally two hours prior to the showtime.There is temporary parking located in front of the box office. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchasers name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000. Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets. If tickets or passes are being left for you- they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to doors so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.

There are no assigned spots on Lots A, B, or Premier. Physical Address- 2200 Encore Parkway Alpharetta, GA 30009. This is not the address for GPS parking directions. Instead use the following addresses to find your lot: Parking Lot A- 1755 Founders Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30009. Parking Lot B- 1100 Sanctuary Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30009. Premier- 2200 Encore Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30009. VIP Parking Lot- 2300 Encore Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30009. Rideshare and Dropoffs- 11450 Maxwell Road, Alpharetta, GA 30009.

Accessible seating is located in Orch1, Orch3, 101, 103, and 105 row WC (There is accessible seating on the General Admission Lawn: Requires only a lawn ticket, no special ticket required).

What are the general rules of Ameris Bank Amphitheatre?

Bag Policy: To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, or vinyl bags no larger than 12x6x12 and/or small clutch bags 6x9. Diaper bags are permitted for guests with babies, and they must be thoroughly searched and tagged for identification upon entry. Cashless Payments: ALL points of sale including premier parking, merchandise, food & beverage will ONLY accept debit, credit or mobile pay (Apply Pay or Google Pay). For fans that wish to use cash, cash to card conversion will be available on-site. Lawn Chair Policy: Outside lawn chairs are NO LONGER ALLOWED Items ALLOWED to be brought into venue: *Clear plastic, or vinyl tote bags no larger than 12inX6inX12in or small clutch bags (6inX9in). *small, personal size umbrellas *Water: Up to 1 (one) gallon in a factory sealed bottle. All of our events are all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent's lap.
