The Box Office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash. Checks are accepted 2 weeks prior to event date. Box Office also accepts League of Chicago Theatres gift certificates (Play Money) .

What are the will call rules?

It is recommended that Will Call tickets be picked up at least 30-45 minutes prior to the event at the Box Office. Customers must present the actual credit card, picture ID and the confirmation number.

What are the parking options at Apollo Theater?

There is an Valet Assisted attended lot next to theatre. The fee is $15 for most performances.
