When is the box office open?

Our box office is located outside the main music hall entrance and is open two(2) hours prior to set door time on event days only.

What payment types are accepted?

Cashless Payments: All points of sale will only accept credit, debit, or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Play). Acceptable cards are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

What are the will call rules?

You can pick up your tickets at the box office on night of show by presenting a valid I.D.

What are the parking options at Bayou Music Center?

Valet service is available at the venue complex. Please note that the valet service is run by the City of Houston and not the venue. Additionally, street parking is free after 6pm. Be sure to follow city parking and traffic signage, and paid underground parking is available in the citys Theatre District Parking

What are the general rules of Bayou Music Center?

Camera Policy: Professional cameras and or cameras with detachable lenses are NOT allowed without a valid media pass. Personal point and shoot cameras or cellphones are OK. All Sales are Final. No Refunds or Exchanges. There is a strict no re-entry policy. Tailgating, open alcoholic beverages, open fires, and the selling of merchandise are not permitted in the parking garage. Bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. No smoking is allowed inside the venue. There are exterior smoking areas available for those who do smoke. These are our prohibited items: No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, spikes of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm, no replicas of any type of weapon, no drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind, no outside food or drinks, no personal video cameras, Go Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks, or laser pointers, No professional audio video or audio recording equipment including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs without a photo pass, No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind, No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm, including spikes of any kind, No posters, banners, etc. that will obstruct another fans view. Please note that the list of prohibited items is subject to change. The venue reserves the right to make any necessary adjustments to these protocols to ensure the safety of the tour, artist and guests.

Are children allowed?

All ages are welcome - unless otherwise stated on the ticket or event information. Children, 2 years and older, require a ticket to enter the venue. Please call the box office to verify.
