What are the box office phone numbers?
The Meadows Music Theatre Box Office is only open on show days and will open 2 hours prior to the doors opening to the public. For questions on show days please call (860) 548-7370. Guests can also call the Toyota Oakdale Theatre on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00PM-5:00PM with questions at (203) 265-1501 (press option #1 for the box office) for information regarding shows at The Meadows Music Theatre.
When is the box office open?
The box office at The Meadows Music Theatre is only open on the day of a show and will open 2 hours prior to the doors opening to the public. Please note that event specific information will populate about 24-48 hours prior to the event.
What payment types are accepted?
The Meadows Music Theatre is a cashless venue. The box office, main concession and merchandise stands take Visa / MasterCard / Discover / American Express and Contactless Payments. NO CHECKS OR SECOND PARTY CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED. A photo ID must be presented at the time of purchase, the card holder must be present and the name on the ID must match the name on the credit or debit card.
What are the will call rules?
If tickets or passes are left for you by a radio station or an artist, they will be left at Will Call. Those tickets will only be available for pick up when gates open, so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets or passes are not in Will Call you will need to contact the person who left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact radio stations or the tour for you. Please make sure you have a photo ID when you come to pick up tickets, the ID must match the name given to us on the will call guest list from the radio station/artist. Guests are not permitted to put tickets in Will Call for other guests to pick up.
What are the parking options at The Meadows Music Theatre?
Premier and EZ-Out parking can only be purchased on the day of the show as you enter the venue. Only RESERVED parking can be purchased in advance and quantities are limited. Parking lots will generally open 4 hours prior to our scheduled gate time. Rates vary by event. Only credit/debit cards and mobile pay are accepted. The Meadows Music Theatre strives to make our venue and live experiences inclusive and accessible and offers Wheelchair, Limited Mobility and Companion seating. There are accessible seating options in every price range. All tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. Please try to buy accessible tickets in advance to secure a seat. For guests in need of accommodation on the lawn, there is a raised concrete accessible platform at no additional cost. Please note that access to this platform is first come first served, and this area is reserved solely for guests with disabilities plus one companion each. At The Meadows Music Theatre all events are rain or shine. Cancellations or postponements will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation or postponement local media will be notified and any information about a potential rescheduled date will be made available via social media and email. In the event a show is canceled refunds can be obtained at the point of purchase. Guests who purchased their tickets through Live Nation or Ticketmaster should monitor their email for more information. The Meadows Music Theatre is a cashless venue. Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest who is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guest. All guests are subject to security search via walk-through metal detector, hand-held metal detector, or physical pat down. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please inform the security supervisor at your entrance and they will help you find an alternative search to our metal detectors. No outside chairs are allowed. Lawn Chairs are available for rent at the venue for $15.00 per chair or in advance. Our rental chairs are 27.6 wide X 27.6 deep X 30.5 tall. Live Nation reserves the right to limit Lawn Chair rentals during various shows. ReEntry is not permitted at Xfinity Theatre. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket. Reasonable and responsible tailgating is allowed until the gates open. Anyone in the parking lots after gates open must enter the venue or leave the property. The following items are NOT PERMITTED: Hard Alcohol, pop-up tents, open flames, grills, glass containers, fireworks, weapons and illegal substances. Parking lot cross aisles must remain clear for emergency vehicle access at all times. Hartford Police enforce a zero tolerance policy against underage consumption of alcohol. All items left unattended during the show are considered forfeited and may be disposed. Violation of these rules can result in ejection from the property and/or arrest. Most of our events are for all ages, please visit the specific event page on www.xfinitytheatre.com/shows for any age restrictions that may be in place. For most events children who are 2 years old and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent or guardians lap for the duration of the show.
