Location: at box office, day of show only. Customer must present the actual credit card used for the purchased and matching photo ID. For VIP packages held at will call, an itinerary will be emailed from the VIP provider 3-5 days prior to the event with specific pick-up time and instructions.

This is a cashless venue. All points of sale will only accept credit, debit or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). Clear bag policy: To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12 in x 6 in x 12 in and/or small clutch bags (4.5 in x 6.5 in). To reduce contact with customer belongings Outside Lawn Chairs are no longer permitted in this venue. Lawn chairs are available for rent in advance or when you arrive at the lawn. Prices vary per show. Subject to availability. Items NOT ALLOWED to be brought in to venue include, but are not limited to: lawn chairs, weapons of any kind, illegal drugs/substances, umbrellas, glass containers, cans, coolers, laser pointers, professional cameras with detachable lenses, selfie sticks, drones, animals (except service animals), fireworks. ITEMS ALLOWED IN FACILITY: clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12 in x 6 in x 12 in and/or small clutch bags (4.5 in x 6.5 in), food (in a clear, 1-gallon ziplock bag), ponchos. SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is not permitted in the pavilion. Smoking is permitted in the ALLEGIANT.COM Lawn and the plaza areas. All events are rain or shine.

Children 2 years old and under will be admitted free to events as long as they sit in the Adult patrons lap and do not utilize an additional seat.
