When is the box office open?
Box office located inside main arena lobby doors. The Box Office is open Monday-Friday from 11am to 4pm. Open nights and weekends by event. Box office accepts cash, Visa, & MasterCard.

What are the will call rules?
Will Call is available beginning one hour prior to the event. A will call table is typically in the main lobby to the right of the box office windows. Tickets can be picked up at the box office windows after the show begins.
What are the parking options at La Crosse Center?
4 downtown parking ramps are available. The two closest ramps are located at the 2nd and Jay St intersection, near the La Crosse Center. The Main Street ramp is located on 3rd Street which is approx. 3 blocks north of the La Crosse Center. The Market Square ramp is located approx. 3 blocks east of the La Crosse Center on Jay Street. The La Crosse Center, Main St. & Market Square parking ramps have the following hourly fees: Weekdays 6am to 6pm = $1/hour with the first 3 hours free Weekdays 6pm to 6am = free parking Maximum daily rate = $8 Weekends = free parking SPECIAL EVENTS PARKING FEES MAY APPLY. Motorcycles, scooters & bicycles receive free parking at all times but in designated ramp areas only.Is there accessible seating?
