Box is currently open on Fridays 10am - 5pm and on show days 10am - until headliner takes the stage.

What payment types are accepted?

METHOD OF PAYMENT: The Box Office accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express. NOTE: There is a fee per ticket when purchased at the box office. Must have photo ID when purchasing with card - NO exceptions. Cash not accepted.

What are the will call rules?

Available for pickup beginning 48 hours after ticket purchase during regular Box Office hours. Exceptions may apply. Customer must present actual credit card used to purchase tickets, confirmation number and photo ID.

What are the parking options at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater?

If you plan to park at the venue, you will need to purchase one parking pass per vehicle. Parking options start at $20 per vehicle for general parking when purchased online prior to the day of the show. To upgrade your night with easier entry and exit, Ultra Premier Parking (closest to the ticket gates), Premier Parking (closest to the lot exit), or Rockstar Parking (best of both worlds) can be purchased.

Is there accessible seating?

All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guest have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle. We will allow CLEAR plastic/vinyl tote bags no larger than 12 x 6 x 12 and/or small clutch bags (6 x 9). The small clutch bags do not need to be clear. No other bags of any type will be allowed. Any bags that do not meet our guidelines must be returned to your vehicle. The following items are NOT permitted through the ticket gates. We appreciate your help in leaving these items at home: Chairs of ANY kind Bags/purses that do not meet our bag policy: Must be CLEAR plastic/vinyl tote bags no larger than 12 x 6 x 12 and/or small clutch bags (6 x 9). Are children allowed?

For most performances, children under the age of two years may be admitted free but the child MUST sit on a lap. To occupy a seat, a child MUST have a ticket. Please do not bring pumpkin seats, playpens, etc. They will NOT be allowed into the venue.
