When is the box office open?

PNC Bank Arts Center Box Office hours are Tuesday and Thursday 12 to 6 on non show days and 12 to 9 on show days during the season. If you would like to purchase tickets, please visit us at www.livenation.com. If you are looking to obtain a refund for a show that was either canceled, postponed or rescheduled, please visit us at www.livenation.com/refund for more information. What payment types are accepted?

Cash, AmEx, Visa, MC, DSC, an $8 service charge is applied to each ticket.

What are the will call rules?

Pick up tickets one hour prior to show. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a photo ID.

What are the parking options at PNC Bank Arts Center?

ADA parking is on a first come first serve basis and no additional Premium parking tickets are needed. For Premium Parking see www.ticketmaster.com, reserve your space and show up when you want. Parking lots will open 1 hour prior to doors. Let the parking staff know that you need accessible parking, and they will direct you to this lot.

Is there accessible seating?

Special needs seating is available through either the box office at (732) 203-2500 ext. 3714, or by calling Ticketmaster. Accessible parking: New Jersey Disabled license plates or state permit required to park in the wheelchair accessible parking area. Parking is located south of the amphitheater. The amphitheater has special needs seating located in the Loge and Orchestra sections. Accessible lawn seating is also available. What are the general rules of PNC Bank Arts Center?

The PNC Bank Arts Center enforces the law prohibiting underage consumption of alcohol anywhere on site. Violators will be prosecuted. NO recording equipment, radios, TVs or unauthorized electronic equipment. NO alcoholic beverages, smoking, bottles, cans, coolers, weapons, personal Lawn Chair NO Laser Pointers. One factory sealed bottle of water per person. Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.
