When is the box office open?

Open during the Fair only: Monday through Sunday - 12noon - end of show

What payment types are accepted?

The Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

What are the will call rules?

The Will Call Window at Celeste Center is open from 12pm (noon) until the end of the show on the day of the show only. Customers will need driver's license and confirmation number. For shows which include gate admission, enter at any gate - a Will Call list will be present at each entry point.

Ample parking - $10.00 charge.

Is there accessible seating?

Special seating is available for guests with disabilities. Accessible seating can be purchased directly from Ticketmaster by toggling the switch with the wheelchair icon or selecting a seat with a wheelchair icon. For additional questions or to purchase accessible seats by phone please call Ticketmaster Customer Service (800-877-7575) . Standing is not permitted in the accessible seating area. ASL signed interpretation is provided upon request (subject to artist approval). To request ASL signed interpretation, please call 888-OHO-EXPO (888-646-3976) at least 5 days prior to show date. If no request is made 5 days before the show date, a signer will not be available.

What are the general rules of Ohio Expo Center & State Fair?

CAMERAS: The use of cameras will be determined on a show by show basis. RECORDING DEVICES: The USE of video recorders & tape recorders IS prohibited. PROHIBITED ITEMS: Laser pointers, smoking, "selfie sticks"

Are children allowed?

Children age 3 and older MUST have a ticket. Children under 3 who require a separate seat must have a ticket.
