When is the box office open?

Citizens House of Blues box office opens 1 (one) hour prior to doors opening on show days and will close approximately 10-15 minutes after the headliner takes the stage.

Cash - American Currency Only Credit Cards - Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express. Credit cards must be accompanied by a photo ID (license or passport). We do not accept Apple Pay.

Flash photography, video, and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. Bags must not exceed the maximum size of 12" x6" x12". All bags, regardless of size, are subject to search by security. Lighters are not allowed in the venue and there is absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING allowed per the city of Boston Ordinances.
