When is the box office open?

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the normal Box Office hours vary but we are open most weekdays from 10am to 2pm. For Weekend events, the Box Office opens at 2pm.

Cash, Visa, MC, Discover, American Express, Diners & travelers checks

What are the will call rules?

One hour prior to event. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a photo ID.

What are the parking options at Addition Financial Arena?

Parking is located North and South of the building. Accessible Parking is located at the garages. Day of charge varies by event, please check Venue website prior to arrival for pricing. This ticket licenses the holder to park one vehicle as directed. the management entities, UCFAA and Spectra, the UCFCC, and UCF hereby declare themselves NOT RESPONSIBLE for and assumes no Liability arising from fire, theft, damage to or loss of the vehicle or any article left therein. ONLY A LICENSE OF SPACE IS GRANTED HEREBY AND NO BAILMENT CREATED. Acceptance of the ticket constitutes acknowledgment by the holder that he or she has read and agrees to the provisions of the contract. Management reserves the right to move vehicles at owner's expense when in our opinion it is necessary. LOCK VEHICLES. NO RE-ENTRY. NO REFUNDS.

What are the general rules of Addition Financial Arena?

NO outside food / beverages NO cameras NO alcoholic beverages NO recording devices NO weapons NO bottles NO laser pointers NO cans NO banners / posters / signs NO coolers Addition Financial Arena has adopted a clear bag policy. Backpacks of any kind or bags larger than 12'' x 6'' x 12'' are not permitted inside the arena. Guests who bring backpacks or large bags will be asked to return them to their car before entering the building. Small purses approximately the size of a hand (no larger than 5.5" x 8.5") with or without a handle/strap are permitted.

Are children allowed?

FOR GENERAL EVENTS : All ages welcome. Children under 2 years of age are admitted free on ticket holder's lap. If child has celebrated their 2nd birthday, they MUST have a ticket, unless otherwise noted for specific events FOR UCF MEN'S BASKETBALL GAMES : If child occupies a seat in the reserved area, child must have a ticket. Children 4 and under admitted free in general admission FOR UCF WOMEN'S BASKETBALL GAMES : Children 4 and under are admitted free in general admission
