What are the box office phone numbers?

When is the box office open?

The box office is only on event days from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Fans are able to purchase tickets for any show playing at Jones Beach from the Box Office. Not just the show playing that day.

What are the will call rules?

A valid photo ID is required for ALL will call tickets.

What are the parking options at Northwell at Jones Beach Theater?

General parking is located In field # 5 and Field # 4 at no additional cost. Parking in the VIP Lot is available with a valid VIP/Premier/Reserved/Easy Out ticket. The parking fields are accessible via Bay Parkway and/or Ocean Parkway. The VIP parking field is Lot #5A, and may be accessed off of Bay Parkway traveling East. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking. For quickest exit, choose Easy Out Parking.

Is there accessible seating?

Accessible tickets can be purchased online via www.livenation.com. You do not need to call the Box Office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through our website. Look for the accessible logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have limited seating available for guests on the day of the event, so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you purchase tickets.

What are the general rules of Northwell at Jones Beach Theater?

A clear bag policy is in place. We will allow CLEAR plastic/vinyl tote bags no larger than 12 x 6 x 12 and/or small clutch bags (6x ). The small clutch bags do not need to be clear. No other bags of any type will be allowed. Any bags that do not meet our guidelines must be returned to your vehicle. All events are mobile entry only. Please download your tickets to your phone using the Live Nation app at home before driving to the venue. All points of sale will only accept credit or debit. In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, cash to card Kiosks are located near tunnel D in the Main Plaza.

Are children allowed?

All persons attending an event MUST have a ticket.
