When is the box office open?

Located at Rumsey Playfield, the SummerStage box office is open during benefit concerts starting 1 hour prior to door

What payment types are accepted?

Cash only for Benefit shows.

What are the will call rules?

Customers should arrive one hour prior to the show. Customers should bring with them the actual credit card used to place the order, a photo i.d. and the confirmation number.

What are the parking options at Capital One City Parks Foundation SummerStage?

Public lots are located outside Central Park. There is no parking in Central Park.

All shows are general admission. No unauthorized vendors. No chairs of any kind, no coolers (solid or flexible), no pets (dogs, cats, snakes etc...), no glass bottles, no alcohol of any kind, no bikes, no roller blades or skateboards, no hula hoops, no weapons of any kind, no knapsacks, duffle bags or suitcases and no recording devices (audio or video).
