What are the will call rules?
All Reds tickets purchased through Ticketmaster (reds.com) internet and phone may be picked up anytime at the Great American Ball Park Ticketing Kiosks. Ticketing Kiosks are located at Crosley Terrace (2nd & Joe Nuxhall Way) and Gapper's Alley (north side of the ballpark). The original credit card must be used to obtain your tickets. Reds tickets purchased through other channels and drop-offs may be picked-up at the "paid" will call windows located at the Main Ticket Office at Crosley Terrace. These will call windows open one and half hours prior to scheduled game time. Photo ID is required to pick-up all tickets at will call.
What are the parking options at Great American Ball Park?
Parking for the Great American Ball Park is located on both the East and West sides of the ballpark. Single game passes are available to accessible patrons in the ballpark garage and the East garage or Central Riverfront Garage for $17 and $14 respectively. These passes may be purchased in person in advance of game day at the Central Riverfront Garage. For information on accessible or season parking passes, please call (513) 946-8100. On-Site Parking - There are 3,500 spaces on-site at Great American Ball Park. Day of game parking is available in Lots B or D for $12 or in the Central Riverfront Garage for $17 and the East Garage for $14.00. The Great American Ball Park parking lots open 3 hours before game time. MAIN PARKING OPTIONS: Lot D Location: West of Great American Ball Park outside of Gate 3. Lot D is located on Mehring Way between Elm Street and Joe Nuxhall Way. Access: Lot D can be accessed from Mehring Way from both the west via Freeman Ave., Central Ave. or Elm St. or the east via Pete Rose Way or Broadway. Cost: The price per game for Lot D is $12. Lot B Location: West of Great American Ball Park adjacent to the Central Riverfront Garage on Pete Rose Way. Access: Lot B can be accessed via Pete Rose Way at Central Ave. or Mehring Way from the west. Cost: The price per game for Lot B is $12. Central Riverfront Garage Location: Underneath and west of Great American Ball Park. Access: The Central Riverfront Garage can be accessed via Pete Rose Way at Broadway, or Mehring Way from the east or west, or Main Street. Cost: The price per game for the Central Riverfront Garage is $17. The parking pass color for this garage is Pink. East Garage Location: East of Great American Ball Park and adjacent to US Bank Arena with entrances on Pete Rose Way and on Mehring Way. Access: The East Garage can be accessed via Pete Rose Way from the east or via Second Street then east on Pete Rose Way. Access can also be via Mehring Way from the east or west. Cost: The price per game for the East Garage is $14 per game. The parking pass color for this garage is Blue.Is there accessible seating?
Accessible Access - The Reds are committed to providing every Guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the ballpark. Great American Ball Park is a fully accessible ballpark for all Guests. Accessible parking is available in the Great American Ball Park Parking Garage for $17 and in the East Parking Garage for $14. While the number of accessible parking spaces is more than adequate, Guests are still encouraged to arrive at the time gates open to improve their chances of obtaining a accessible parking space. The accessible pickup/drop-off zone is located on Joe Nuxhall Way, from Second Street to Mehring Way, along the west side of Great American Ball Park. Cars, vans and small buses displaying a valid accessible placard or valid accessible license plate will be permitted to enter the pickup/drop-off zone beginning one half (1/2) hour before gates open to approximately one (1) hour after the conclusion of the game. Large school buses and large charter/tour buses are prohibited from entering this zone. Guests traveling to the ballpark in a large school bus or large charter/tour bus should contact the Group Sales department at (513) 765-7600 for information on bus pickup and drop-off locations. Great American Ball Park has accessible seating available in most seating areas. Accessible seating areas are equipped with electrical outlets for recharging purposes at no cost to the Guest. HEARING IMPAIRED: Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) - Guests can request the use of Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) at any Fan Accommodation Station in Great American Ball Park. ELEVATOR ACCESS: Elevators/Escalators - For the convenience of our Guests requiring special assistance, seven public elevators and three escalators are located throughout Great American Ball Park. There is an escalator inside Great American Ball Park located near Gapper's Alley. This escalator transports Guests from the Terrace Level to the View Level. However, this escalator does not access the Suite or Club Level. There is another escalator located on the west side of Great American Ball Park near the Reds Hall of Fame. This escalator transports Guests from the Terrace Level to the Club Level. Upon reaching the Club Level, Guests can use an adjacent escalator to reach the View Level.What are the general rules of Great American Ball Park?
Rain Check Policies - In the event a regulation home game is not played, your rain check may be exchanged, subject to availability, at the main ticket office for a ticket to any subsequent regular-season home game during the current season. Any such exchange must be made through the main ticket office. Note that all paid Season Suite and Season Diamond, and Cincinnati Bell Technology Pavilion Seat Holders should follow the rain check instructions located on the back of their ticket. A rain check of a complimentary ticket (face value of $0.00) is not a valid rain check. CAMERAS: Cameras & Video Equipment - Guests are welcome to bring cameras and video recorders into the ballpark for personal use provided game action is not recorded, as required by Major League Baseball. Cameras and video recorders are welcomed provided their dimensions do not exceed the 16" x 16" x 8" Major League Baseball size requirement. Guests are requested to avoid standing in the aisles while using this equipment. Guests should not obstruct the views of others while taking pictures and refrain from using tripods, monopods and other camera support pods. The Reds reserve the right to remove any Guests who do not cooperate with this policy. CARRY-IN ITEMS - To ensure the safety of all Guests, players and employees, carry-in items will be inspected prior to entrance into the ballpark or at any time while inside the ballpark. Bags, backpacks, purses, etc. larger than 16" x 16" x 8" will not be permitted into the ballpark in accordance with the Major League Baseball size requirement. CONCEALED WEAPONS LAW - Great American Ball Park is a county facility and it is illegal to carry a firearm, deadly weapon, or dangerous ordinance in Great American Ball Park. Unless otherwise authorized by law, no person shall knowingly possess, have under the person's control, convey, or attempt to convey a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance into the ballpark. A permit to carry a concealed weapon issued by this or any other state does not authorize the holder to carry weapons inside the ballpark. Off duty law enforcement officers are authorized, under law, to have a concealed weapon on premises. Off duty law enforcement officers who carry a concealed weapon to the ballpark are requested to notify a police supervisor upon entering the ballpark so their identification and seat location can be verified and noted. COOLERS - Guests are welcome Coolers - Guests are welcome to bring SOFT-SIDED coolers into Great American Ball Park provided the coolers' dimensions do not exceed the 16" x 16" x 8" inch Major League Baseball size requirement. HARD-SIDED coolers of any size are PROHIBITED from entering the ballpark. Coolers and all carry-in items are always subject to inspection by Reds personnel prior to entrance to the ballpark or at any time while inside the ballpark. The Reds are not responsible for HARD-SIDED coolers that are left outside of the ballpark gates. SMOKING POLICY - Ohio voters passed issue Number 5, on Nov. 7, 2006, which calls for a smoking ban in public facilities and places of employment under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3794. Thus, Great American Ball Park has been designated as a completely non-smoking facility. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside of Great American Ball Park and are not permitted to exit and re-enter for the purpose of smoking. Violators may be subject to ejection and potential fines. Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) are also prohibited.Are children allowed?
Great American Ball Park offers complimentary admission to children 3 years of age and under. However, we do request that these children sit on their parents' or guardians' laps and not occupy additional seats. Promotional giveaway items are only available for ticketed guests.
