When is the box office open?

Regular Hours: Tuesday through Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Closed Mondays and weekends Closed on University holidays and designated closure days Event Days: Hours vary by event. The Box Office generally opens 2 hours before the event and remains open until 1 hour after showtime.


What payment types are accepted?

Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Personal checks with proper I.D. are accepted up to 14 days prior to event. Please note that payment options may vary for certain events.


What are the will call rules?

Tickets are mobile only, so Will Call is generally not available. If you experience an issue with your Ticketmaster order on the day of the event, the Box Office is located on the ground level of the west side of the Arena, facing Franklin Avenue. To receive assistance, you must present: • A valid photo ID matching the name on the order • The credit card used for the purchase • Your order confirmation number

Is there accessible seating?

AAccessible seating availability varies depending on the event and production setup. Accessible seats are identified on the seating map with the wheelchair icon. Please review the seat description carefully, as this icon represents three different seating options: Wheelchair Accessible Seating: Includes a wheelchair space and one companion seat. Typically located in front of the elevated floor sections (Sections D through F) and in the WC Row between the lower and upper levels. Locations may vary by event. Accessible Seating for Guests Who Are Blind, Have Low Vision, Are Deaf, or Hard of Hearing: Locations vary by event. Generally located in the first row of Section C on the lower level. Limited Mobility Seating: Located at the top of the lower level (Row 17), near elevator access. Designed for easy entry and exit with only a few steps. Guests requiring seating with no barriers should select seats in the WC Row between the lower and upper levels and request a chair for the wheelchair space from an usher or Guest Services.


What are the general rules of Lakefront Arena?

Clear Bag Policy is in effect. You can bring either: A single clear bag no larger than 12X12 OR A single clutch or purses no larger than 5X7 You cannot bring: backpacks large bags purses totes grocery bags patterned clear bags camera cases mesh or straw bags All guests are subject to security screening before entering the Arena. Please note that live performances vary by artist and musical genre and may contain adult language or content. The Lakefront Arena and the LSU New Orleans disclaim responsibility for the content of live performances. The following items and activities are prohibited: Smoking Professional cameras with removable lenses iPads or tablets used for photography or recording Audio or video recording devices Illegal drugs Flash photography Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, tasers, and pepper spray/mace Flashlights Glass, cans or other containers Fireworks Aerosol cans (including hairspray) Political banners or signs Radio scanning or jamming equipment Outside food, beverages, or alcohol Banner poles Laser pointers Spiked jewelry Chains (including wallet chains) Backpacks Glow sticks Objects that could be used as projectiles Moshing or crowd surfing Any other item or activity deemed unsafe by Arena staff Please return prohibited items to your vehicle before entering the venue.


Are children allowed?

Are children allowed? Yes. For concerts, every guest must have a standard full-price ticket, regardless of age. For family shows, ticket requirements vary by event. In most cases: • Children ages 1 and older require a ticket. • Children under age 1 do not need a ticket, provided they do not occupy a seat and are accompanied by an adult. Please review the event details for specific child ticketing policies, as requirements may differ by event.
