When is the box office open?

The BJCC Central Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm CT, and two hours before scheduled start time for most events. Hours may vary for some events. The Central Ticket Office is located at Legacy Arena, Entry A 1898 9th Ave North, Birmingham, AL 35203.

Will call is located at the Central Ticket Office at Legacy Arena, Entry A 1898 9th Ave North, Birmingham, AL 35203. For most events, will call opens two hours before the scheduled start time. Hours may vary for some events. Please bring a picture ID, the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets, and your order number.

What are the parking options at Legacy Arena at the BJCC?

We aim to make navigating the BJCC campus simple using clear directions. With various parking options for events, conventions, and meetings, planning ahead ensures a smoother arrival. Since multiple events often occur simultaneously, arrive early to avoid long parking and entry lines.

Is there accessible seating?

Accessible seating is available throughout the venue and can be purchased on Ticketmaster.com. Guests requiring accessible seating are guaranteed the ability to purchase at least one (1) companion seat. Subject to availability, guests requiring wheelchair seating may purchase up to a total of three (3) companion seats in the same row and contiguous with the wheelchair seat. If contiguous seats have already been sold, seats as close as possible to the wheelchair seat and adjacent companion seat will be offered. If you purchased a ticket in the fixed seating area but require an accessible seat, the Ticket Office may be able to assist you by relocating your ticket to an accessible seat. What are the general rules of Legacy Arena at the BJCC?

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to laser pointers, weapons, glass containers, cans, chains, outside food or beverage, professional recording devices for photography, video or audio. See a full list of prohibited items at https://www.bjcc.org/plan-your-visit/bag-policy/ Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceed 12"x6"x12". Bags cannot be tinted with color or include oversized content that prevents visibility into the clear bag. Only non-clear bags smaller than 5"x7" will be permitted entry. The arena reserves the right to search all guests entering the arena and to refuse entry at the discretion of management. Smoking is prohibited inside Legacy Arena and only allowed in designated smoking areas outside of the building.

Are children allowed?
