When is the box office open?

The University of Tennessee Athletic Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am until 5:00 pm ET. The ticket office is located at 1600 Phillip Fulmer Way in Thompson-Boling Arena at Food City Center. On game day, the Athletic Ticket Office remains open until the end of the first half. For weekend games, the Athletic Ticket Office opens three (3) hours prior to tip off.

What payment types are accepted?

The University of Tennessee Athletic Ticket Office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as cash.

What are the will call rules?

Game Day Will Call is available at the Athletic Ticket Office at Thompson-Boling Arena at Food City Center three (3) hours prior to tip off and until end of first half. A photo ID of the ticket purchaser is required.

What are the general rules of Food City Center?

REGULATIONS • Everyone regardless of age must have a ticket. • All articles, including purses, are subject to search. • Gates open 90 minutes prior to tip off. • No passouts are permitted • Smoking is prohibited in the seating area and concourses. • Tickets not obtained directly from the UT Ticket Office or its authorized agents may not be honored. • No refund or exchange of tickets allowed. PROHIBITED ITEMS • Weapons • Alcoholic beverages • Cans, bottles, coolers • Radios without headsets • Open umbrellas • Video cameras • Stadium seats with arms • Large bags or parcels, including backpacks and large purses • Artificial noisemakers
