When is the box office open?

The Athletic Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am until 5:00 pm ET. On game day the ticket booths at Gates B & E remain open until the end of the first half for basketball, and until the end of set 2 for volleyball. For weekend games, the ticket booths at Gates B & E open 90 minutes prior to tip for mens basketball, and 60 minutes prior for womens basketball and volleyball. The Concerts & Special Events box office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm ET. On event days, the box office will open 4 hours prior to the scheduled show start time.

Both box offices are cashless, but accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
