When is the box office open?

Open on Non Show Days Friday 12pm to 5pm Holidays can result in an early close or full close… Open on Show Days (including Fridays) 3pm to close (roughly when headliner takes the stage)

Cash, AMEX, VISA, MC Credit cards are accepted with a picture I.D.

What are the will call rules?

Will call is available only on the night of the show. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place order and a photo I.D.

The Orpheum Theatre does not have a private parking lot. There are many parking garages nearby including but not limited to: Boston Common Garage and the Center Plaza Garage. No parking is allowed on Hamilton Place. We recommend booking convenient and affordable parking in advance through SpotHero.

Is there accessible seating?

Accessible seating is available for patrons in wheelchairs or with impaired mobility. They may be purchased at the Box Office, Ticketmaster on-line, and Ticketmaster via phone. All shows at the Orpheum are all ages unless otherwise indicated. For most performances babes in arms (up to 2 years old) may enter free of charge. All other children must have a ticket.
