When is the box office open?

The Athletic Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Stadium Box Office opens 1 1/2 hours prior to the scheduled event.

What payment types are accepted?

The Box Office accepts cash only on the day of an event.

What are the will call rules?

Will Call tickets are available for pick up 90 minutes prior to the event at the Will Call Window. Customer must have the actual credit card used for the order, a picture ID, and the confirmation number.

What are the parking options at Nippert Stadium?

Parking is available in the garages off Martin Luther King for varying fees. Questions regarding parking may be refered to the Athletic Ticket Office.

What are the general rules of Nippert Stadium?

Cameras without flashes are permitted. Recording devices are permitted, but must be checked in at the Customer Service window on the East Concourse of Shoemaker Center.
