When is the box office open?

Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and one hour prior to the event. Tickets may also be purchased by visiting our website at www.andersonparamount.org. Will Call tickets are available one hour prior to the start of the event and require a photo ID.

What payment types are accepted?

Credit Cards – VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. AMEX is accepted on our website, but not in our Box Office. Cash is accepted. Checks are not accepted.

Street Parking is available near the Paramount Theatre, and there is a Public Parking Garage between 10th & 11th Streets on Main Street.

Is there accessible seating?

Locations on the main floor only; available for purchase in our Box Office, on our website, and Ticketmaster.com. NOTE: There is no elevator to Mezzanine and Balcony seating; stairs only.

What are the general rules of Paramount Theatre?

Non-Smoking Facility. No smoking is permitted in the venue. Service animals are permitted. No other animals permitted. Non-Permitted Items: Food and Beverage items purchased outside the facility. Weapons of any kind, which could include chains, spiked jewelry and/or objects that could be used as weapons. Posters, signs, or banners. No laser pointers.
