When is the box office open?

Monday-Friday: 11am-3pm Saturday-Sunday: Closed The box office will open 2 hours prior to event start time on event days. Box office will open 1.5 hours prior to UMBC sporting events. Doors open one hour prior to the scheduled time. Time can change per event. The box office is located at the front of the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena. Ticket Office windows are located outside, to the right of the main entrance doors.

What are the will call rules?

Will Call tickets can be picked up anytime the Box Office is open. Customers must present a valid photo ID with the purchaser's name.
What are the parking options at Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena?

You can park anywhere on campus. There is no charge for general parking for the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena. Follow directions to the open parking lots once you arrive on campus. Preferred Parking is in the Stadium Lot. Preferred Parking can be purchased in advance for select events on parkwhiz.com. Preferred Parking may be available for purchase on the day of the event, subject to availability.

What are the general rules of Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena?

Bag Policy: Bags no larger than 12"x12"x8" will be permitted into Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena. Guests who have bags larger than this size will be asked to return them to their vehicles or discard them. This is in addition to the existing policy that all bags, purses or personal items of any size are subject to search. Diaper bags or Medical bags are allowed to exceed that size limit, but will be searched. This policy is subject to change based on a show's request. Prohibited Items: Bottles or cans, backpacks or bags larger than 12"x12"x8", food coolers, outside food/beverages (baby food permitted), pamphlets, product samples, skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, electric scooters, helmets, chairs, laptop computers, 2-way radios, balloons, permanent markers, spray paint, Cameras: no flash/professional photography, tripods or monopods, gopros, or selfie sticks, Signs/Flags/Banners/Posters: may not be larger than 11" x 17" or attached to a pole/stick Food, beverage, alcohol, cans, bottles, flasks, coolers, drugs, illegal substances Weapons, pepper spray/mace, flares, fireworks Frisbees and beach balls Laser pointers Any noise making devices (i.e. air horns, whistles, drums, plastic horns, etc.) Fireworks, illegal drugs and alcohol Audio/Video recording devices. Weapons and dangerous devices of any kind and any other items deemed unacceptable by Arena Management. The entire venue is cashless. Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay are accepted at the box office and concession stands. The 200 level does NOT have access via the elevator. They are only accessed by stairs
