When is the box office open?

The BJCC Central Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm CT. The Central Ticket Office is located at Legacy Arena, Entry A 1898 9th Ave North, Birmingham, AL 35203. The Protective Stadium Box Offices located at the South Gate and Northeast Gate are only open the day of the event. Hours vary based on the event. To inquire about the hours for a specific event, please contact cto@bjcc.org.

Will Call is only available the day of the event at the Protective Stadium Box Office located at the South Gate. Hours vary based on the event. To inquire about the hours for a specific event, please contact cto@bjcc.org. When using Will Call, please bring a picture ID, the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets, and your order number.

What are the parking options at Protective Stadium?

Visit https://protectivestadium.com/directions-and-parking/ for a printable map and to pre-purchase parking. Parking prices vary by event and date. We aim to make navigating the BJCC campus simple using clear directions. With various parking options for events, conventions, and meetings, planning ahead ensures a smoother arrival. Since multiple events often occur simultaneously, arrive early to avoid long parking and entry lines.

Is there accessible seating?

Accessible seating is available throughout the venue and can be purchased on Ticketmaster.com. Guests requiring accessible seating are guaranteed the ability to purchase at least one (1) companion seat. If contiguous seats have already been sold, seats as close as possible to the wheelchair seat and adjacent companion seat will be offered. If you purchased a ticket in the fixed seating area but require an accessible seat, the Ticket Office may be able to assist you by relocating your ticket to an accessible seat. Please contact the Ticket Office at CTO@bjcc.org if you have any questions or require assistance purchasing tickets. Tickets are subject to availability.

What are the general rules of Protective Stadium?

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to laser pointers, weapons, glass containers, cans, chains, outside food or beverage, professional recording devices for photography, video or audio, stools or folder chairs. See a full list of prohibited items at https://protectivestadium.com/bag-policy-and-prohibited-items/ Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceed 12"x6"x12". Bags cannot be tinted with color or include oversized content that prevents visibility into the clear bag. Only non-clear bags smaller than 5"x7" will be permitted entry. The venue reserves the right to search all guests entering the arena and to refuse entry at the discretion of management. Smoking is prohibited inside Protective Stadium and only allowed in designated smoking areas outside of the building.

Are children allowed?

For most events, children who have celebrated their 2nd birthday are required to have a ticket. For show specific age restrictions that may supersede our standard policy, visit www.bjcc.org/events
