When is the box office open?

The Moody Amphitheater Box Office will only be open on any day there is a ticketed event at Moody Amphitheater. On event days, the Box Office will open at 5pm or 1 hour prior to the event start time, whichever is earlier.

What payment types are accepted?

Moody Amphitheater is a cashless venue. Most major credit cards are accepted, including tap to pay.

What are the will call rules?

All ticket purchases made online or through the box office are delivered electronically. If you are to receive tickets from a member of the tour or a giveaway via will call, tickets may be picked up at the box office upon venue opening. In order to pick up tickets, guests must present a valid government photo ID.

What are the parking options at Moody Amphitheater?

There are multiple parking options available for guests attending events at Moody Amphitheater. Paid parking is available at the Texas Facilities Parking Garages located between 12th St. and 17th St. along San Jacinto Blvd and Trinity St. Access garages from 15th street to avoid traffic in the south Red River Area.

What are the general rules of Moody Amphitheater?

Moody Amphitheater requires clear bags for entry, permitting only clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or small clutch bags/purses (4.5" x 6.5" or smaller). No lawn chairs, metal water bottles, selfie sticks, or cameras with removable lenses are permitted. Are children allowed?

Park goers of all ages are welcome at all Moody Amphitheater, unless otherwise stated on the event page. Children two (2) years and under do not require a ticket, but they must sit on a parent's lap. Tickets are required for children ages three and up.
