When is the box office open?

The MGM Music Hall Box Office is open on show days only beginning at 3pm. The Box Office will remain open until approximately 15 minutes after the headliner takes the stage

What payment types are accepted?

Cash – American Currency Only Credit Cards – Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express. Credit cards must be accompanied by a photo ID (license or passport)

What are the will call rules?

MGM Music Hall is mostly a digital only venue. If you have tickets waiting at will call from a guest list or a relocation, they can be picked up at the Box Office starting at 3pm night of show only. Please Note: artist guest lists are usually not received until around 1 hour prior to doors.

What are the parking options at MGM Music Hall at Fenway?

MGM Music Hall does not have parking. We recommend taking public transportation, but if you do plan to drive to the venue, you can reserve a spot using SpotHero

Is there accessible seating?

MGM Music Hall offers a range of accessible seating for purchase including wheelchair accessible seating, limited mobility seating, and companion seating, in addition to other accommodations that can be made upon request. For accessibility, the venue is wheelchair accessible, with easy access ramps on the first floor, as well as an elevator that provides access to all levels, and designated ADA sections on our first, third and fourth floors. What are the general rules of MGM Music Hall at Fenway?

All shows at MGM Music Hall are all ages unless otherwise listed. All support acts are subject to change without notice. All ticket sales are final. Bags must not exceed a maximum size of 12x6x12. All bags, regardless of size, are subject to search by security. Lighters are not allowed in the venue and there is absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING allowed per the city of Boston Ordinances. Any smoking or vaping will result in IMMEDIATE EJECTION from the event. Any medication must be accompanied by proof of prescription. This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management.
